VCE goals are: 

• To learn who comprises our workforce and to identify their learning needs through focus groups,
  surveys and evaluations
• To research evidence-based practices
• To develop new curricula and training for CMH staff working with under-served populations
• To implement innovative and relevant programming
• To distribute information in a variety of formats and media including web-based training and
   teleconferences for the convenience of our workforce
• To offer programs that provide continuing education credits to meet licensure requirements
• To analyze the results of new systems transformations in Detroit, Wayne County and Michigan
• To stay current and continue evolving into the best system of care possible
