Introduction
Welcome to the Research and Practice section of VCE Online!
With a special emphasis on research in Wayne County, this site is organized around finding answers to questions about how to make evidence-based practices work effectively in real-world settings (i.e., translational research), outcome assessment, and clinical/treatment programs. The title of this site: Research and Practice reflects the belief in the equal value of research and clinical practice and that one can not exist independent of the other. By bringing together virtually those whose interests can be as varied as generating research ideas to just curiosity, the seeds will grow for collaboration, information sharing, and the advancement of research, clinical knowledge, and best practices. All input is welcome and encouraged.
